| A S.A.M. recoverable target aircraft, the SAGT 50/60 is equipped with either a set of 16 or 24 coloured smoke canisters carried under the fuselage, each providing 45 seconds duration, or a set of infra-red emitters at the wing tips. Provision exists for MDI equipment, and launchers are also available. A shoulder wing monoplane with a fuselage manufactured using epoxy resin composites and carbon fibre interleave strengthened epoxy skin wings, the aircraft is built to high endurance, and with it's 2-stroke pistol engine driving a 2-blade fixed wodden propeller the vehicle is fast and stable enough to make a highly effective target. |  |
